Rachel Monnin is sending out a big THANK YOU to everyone who responded to her Donors Choose project request.
Anonymous donors and local employees from PNC bank provided over $1,500 that was used to purchase communication devices, sensory regulation fidgets and chewies, adaptive tools (like scissors, weighted blankets and stuffies, and seating), and various classroom supplies.
Ms. Monnin says, “These items are truly making a difference, not just for our special needs children, but for all of the kids in our preschool. They're helping our little learners access the curriculum in unique and meaningful ways, fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment for everyone. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed and made this possible!” Some of the items purchased are pictured below.
